A lawsuit filed by a student who died after a visit to a hair removal clinic says she was the victim of a business that knew a pain cream caused serious side effects.

The lawsuit was filed Wednesday by the parents of Shiri Berg, a North Carolina State University student who died January 5th after being in a coma for a week.
