Myj włosy z głową!

Niezależnie od tego, jaki mamy problem z włosami, istnieje kilka zasad, których stosowanie pomaga w utrzymaniu tej naturalnej ozdoby twarzy. Podczas mycia włosów trzeba pamiętać, że ciepła woda otwiera ich pory. Dobrze jest więc przed myciem zmoczyć włosy ciepłą wodą. Wówczas składniki odżywcze szamponu lepiej wnikną we włosy.

Nie zaszkodzi też dać szamponowi trochę czasu na wniknięcie we włosy. Nie powinniśmy więc go od razu spłukiwać. Potrzymajmy pianę przez chwilę na głowie zanim potraktujemy ją wodą. Bez względu na to, jak dobrego szamponu użyjemy, jego działanie nigdy nie będzie tak widoczne, jak skutek stosowania odżywki lub balsamu.
